On the eSports scene, classics like League of Legends, Dota 2, FIFA, and Call of Duty are impossible to miss, and this year marks the beginning of the largest Call of Duty competition in the world to date: the CWL Pro League.

Set as a full season, the CWL will officially begin on November 3, 2017, with the release of Call of Duty: WWII. The CWL Pro League also has the distinction of bringing into play a huge prize pool of $4.2 million for the winners to share.

Six global Open tournaments in LAN will be organized as a part of this, and the opening round will be played in Dallas, USA. The competition will end with the Call of Duty World League Championship, where 32 teams from around the world will compete for their share of the $1.5 million cash prize.

Presented as a Champions League for Call of Duty, the last round will be played through two phases of LAN games held at the MLG Arena in Colombus. The Pro League will consist of two divisions of eight teams whose rankings will be determined by the CWL Pro Points.

The great novelty of this 2018 season lies in the organisation of a CWL national circuit through eight countries in the world, including France. As a bonus, the Pro League competition is open to the public for those who have a good enough level.

3,000 Pro Points will be awarded to each winning team in stages, plus a bonus of $1,000 for the winner, as well as travel and accommodation expenses to attend a Global Open or a last chance qualifying stage.

The CWL Pro League competition will bring together the highest-level competition through two phases of LAN games held at the MLG Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As for the Pro League, it includes two divisions of eight teams and whose ranking will be determined by CWL Pro Points recorded at the end of the season.

If you have enough Pro Points during the season, you may have the chance to participate in a Global Open tournament. Throughout the season, 15 rounds of CWL 2K will be set up with the possibility of winning 2,000 Pro Points and a cash bonus still to be determined depending on the region of the tournament. Finally, if you play alone, you can also get Pro Points in multi solo.
