Esports organisation Luminosity Gaming has announced that they have signed Brazilians Lucas 'Steel' Lopes and Rafael 'Zakk' Fernandes to their CS:GO team, who will be a player and a coach for the roster respectively, having worked together previously when they were at Immortals.

The changes came because, according to Luminosity, it was necessary for the growth of the team, hence why Marcelo 'Chelo' Cespedes and Alessandro 'Apoka' Marcucci have been transferred to Team NTC.

"During the last several months we have quietly achieved respectable results, making the playoffs of both ECS and ESL seasons previously," said Steve Maida, LG's Founder. "We showcased our talent and potential to the world. As a team we felt that we were having a hard time evolving past our current state. The veteran combination of Steel and Zakk brings some much-needed leadership and experience to a comparatively young and talented roster. Both Steel and Zakk were apart of the previous major finalist team at Immortals and that experience will be invaluable to our team."

Do you think these are both good signings for Luminosity?
