The esports organisation 100 Thieves has announced that it is developing its own video game. Revealed in a post on Twitter by the organisation, the project is still very early in its development cycle, and has been announced before a single line of code has been written, as 100T's president and COO John Robinson stated on LinkedIn.

As for what we do know about the project, it's codename is currently Project X, and as for who will be running the development of the game, the organisation has hired former Telltale Games CEO Pete Hawley as the chief product officer in charge of creating the development studio in charge of creating the title.

It's also noted in the post by Robinson that this game will be taking a "radically different approach to development! As it will be created alongside 100T's content creators and esports pros.

This of course all comes after Dr Disrespect announced that he had started up a studio called Midnight Society to create a AAA video game with a focus on its community.
