It looks like the Washington Justice will compete in North America in 2021

The Justice will be staying on its home turf for the 2021 Overwatch League season.
Ben Lyons Senior Editor 30 december 2020

A few months ago, the Overwatch League announced its intentions to split the North American and APAC (Asia and Pacific) regions for the 2021 season, to accommodate for the challenging logistics of running a global league in the midst of a pandemic. Well, since that announcement, teams have been slowly revealing the regions they intend to compete over, and it looks like the Washington Justice will be staying in North America, despite fielding a Korean roster.

This announcement seems to have been made through Twitter with a post from the Justice saying; "Heroes are coming home to DC in 2021." This doesn't specifically say which region the Justice will compete in, but it does seem to suggest North America to be the choice pretty candidly.

With Washington staying in NA, this region might actually see some decent competition between themselves, the San Francisco Shock and the Dallas Fuel, each of whom have pretty capable teams and will all likely stay in NA (although Dallas and San Francisco have yet to confirm anything). This will however make up for the loss of Philadelphia Fusion, who will be playing the 2021 season in the APAC region.
