The Danish esports team Astralis has announced that it has partnered with the matchmaking service Esportal to "improve the overall tone of voice in CS:GO." The partnership is slated to span the main and talent team for Astralis.

"We have followed Esportal for a number of years as it has matured from a startup into a great platform," said Kasper Sindt, Commercial Director at Astralis. "One of Astralis' main goals is to support the local CS:GO community and in Esportal we believe to have found an amazing partner in that respect. We share the same values and beliefs that the strength in the local community is what makes CS:GO fun and engaging, and we believe that better conditions for the scene ultimately will benefit all."

The partnership is already live and you can check it out here. The platform is slated to add "Ladders, Tournaments and other Astralis activities" where Astralis is expected to play on the platform every day.
