The Call of Duty League team Toronto Ultra has announced a new partnership deal with Bud Light that will see the brand become the team's official beer partner. The partnership is expected to be centred on the content creation, including a player-focussed series on social media that is designed to promote interaction between the fans and players.

The partnership will also see Bud Light and the Toronto Ultra work together to create a limited-edition playoff beer to be sold during the Ultra's run at the CDL Championship in a few weeks. More information regarding this beer is expected to be revealed in August according to a press release.

"As we have seen recently, Toronto Ultra have given our fans so much to cheer about and having a massive brand like Bud Light to celebrate the big moments in Stage 5 and throughout CDL playoffs will be a game-changer for us as we continue to reach new and diverse audiences", said Tyler Keenan, VP of Global Partnerships at OverActive Media (the Ultra's parent organisation).

As for the financials of the deal that hasn't been disclosed yet.
