Now that the 2021 Overwatch League season is over, teams are looking to prepare for the 2022 season, which will be played on Overwatch 2. As part of that preparation, the Paris Eternal has announced that it has re-signed its general manager Kyoung Ey "Molly" "AVALLA" Kim for 2022.

Avalla joined the team back in 2019 and has since led the Eternal to a pretty strong 2020 season, finishing fourth in the standings, and then a middling 2021 season, ending with a twelfth place finish. With Avalla locked in early, the team will be looking to secure a strong roster ahead of 2022 to ensure it reflects or beats its result in 2020.

"Super excited to spend the 2022 season with the Paris Eternal," said Avalla over Twitter. "I promised last year I'll show everyone what EU talent is capable of. I am happy I was able to keep that promise. Thank you everyone for supporting me this year".
