Atlanta Reign parts ways with three of its members

Edison, Ir1s and Masaa have all left the Overwatch League organisation.

We've seen some pretty crazy developments as part of this year's Overwatch League offseason. Most recently, the Seoul Dynasty released several members, with a few other players retiring, and shortly before this, the San Francisco Shock dropped the majority of its active roster. These changes are coming about as the 2022 season will be played on Overwatch 2 and will use a 5v5 format meaning teams have to adapt to a slightly different competitive environment, and the Atlanta Reign sees this and has made a few tweaks to its team as well.

Petja "Masaa" Kantanen, Tae-hoon "Edison" Kim, and Seung-hyun "Ir1s" Kim have all left the team, following Masaa being part of the organisation since 2018, Edison since 2019, and Ir1s since 2020.

There's no mention as to where the three players will be going. Unless either of three intend to retire from Overwatch, we can probably expect them to look to sign with other organisations before 2022, especially since the Reign had an impressive 2021, making it to the OWL Grand Finals where they were defeated by the Shanghai Dragons.
