Virtus.pro is looking to make a few changes to its Dota 2 roster

The team is looking to find new members for the first and fourth position.

Virtus.pro just wrapped up a successful Dota 2 season, seeing the team compete in The International 10, where they managed to make it to the quarterfinals. Unfortunately, the Russian esports organisation was eliminated by Team Spirit ending its run, but it did manage to take home a $1.4 million cash prize to mark its final result.

With this success in mind, V.P has since revealed in a statement over Twitter that it might be making changes to its active roster, as it looks for new members to fill the first and fourth position to solve problems outside of the game that should allow them to have a better run in the next season.

"After the season ended, we gathered our whole team together, including our coach and Sports Director. The goal was to discuss the results we had achieved and plans for the future. Each player had a chance to express his point of view on our results as well as the ways of improving them in the next season during individual talks. At this point we realize that our team has problems outside of the game as well as the contradicting ideas of how we should play. All of this stands in the way of achieving greater results.

Considering the situation we decided to try out some new players for positions 1 and 4 before the start of the next DPC season. The final decision regarding the roster is yet to be made, and there is still a chance for us to start the season without any changes if the players will cooperate in the most crucial aspects."

Who would you like to see star on Virtus.pro's Dota 2 line-up.
