Team Liquid has added Zai to its Dota 2 roster

The Swedish star was previously part of the Team Secret roster that finished third in The International 10.

Team Liquid has had quite the disappointing year for Dota 2, as it failed to take any major tournaments and also failed to qualify for The International 10 entirely. While the organisation has yet to announce any changes to its active roster, it has signed a new member to the team, in Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg.

Previously being a member of Team Secret, the roster who managed to finish third at The International 10, earning a respectable $3.6 million, Zai has had quite the career in Dota 2, placing third in three different Internationals, and even finishing in fourth in another, but never quite managing to go all the way to take the top prize.

While Team Liquid has been in a bit of slump, the organisation has won an International before, and even finished in second and fourth in the premier tournament. By combining the two, maybe we'll get to see Liquid back on top, and even see Zai take home the championship he's been chasing for eight years.
