Florida Mayhem has picked up Adam

The Australian Overwatch Contenders talent will be heading to the big leagues.
Ben Lyons Senior Editor 11 november 2021

The Florida Mayhem has been slowly rebuilding its Overwatch League team over the past few weeks, signing Isaiah "Hydron" Rodriguez and Huy "MirroR" Trịnh as of late. But, these two aren't the only signings that the Mayhem has made, as it has also brought on the Australian Overwatch Contenders talent Adam "Adam" Soong.

Known for his time on the Uprising Academy most recently, Adam has also played for Ground Zero Gaming and even the Los Angeles Valiant, where he served on the franchise's active roster for a few months in late 2020 / early 2021.

With this signing, the Mayhem now has a roster consisting of five players, and while that will be enough to field a team in the 2022 season, which will be played on Overwatch 2 using a 5v5 format, we can probably expect some more signings on the way.
