FaZe Clan has revealed that it has signed a multiple year partnership with the crypto payment infrastructure provider, MoonPay, a deal that will see the company join the esports organisation as its official crypto and NFT partner.

The partnership is set to include a variety of content and media coming in early 2022, with the pair working together to create franchises, creator and talent driven events, and campaigns to tap into FaZe's wider audience. FaZe will also use MoonPay to handle its upcoming NFT initiative.

It has also been noted by FaZe's CEO, Lee Trink, that the deal will revolve around "building a culture and community-led digital goods and NFT business". But more than that, Trink also said, "Our partnership with MoonPay addresses both of these objectives by creating a strong foundation and secure pathway for our journey into the metaverse."

This metaverse plan aims to be called FaZe Forever and will see the esports organisation providing its fans with more ways to interact with the metaverse. According to the press release it will be based around three pillars, curating and collecting, creating and collaborating, and spotlighting and elevating community artists.
