North America's largest collegiate esports league, NACE Starleague has signed a new partnership agreement with AMD, bringing on the tech company as its official GPU partner. Set to last for the upcoming season, we're told that the deal will include all of Starleague's participating programmes, and will also include various social media campaigns to highlight its competing athletes.
"The innovative spirit that AMD brings to their craft is a perfect match for NACE Starleague and the budding college esports ecosystem," said Rob Johnson, CEO of CSL Esports. "Bringing a technology partner of their caliber to the league will only advance the legitimacy of our students, teams, and the overall community."
It's also noted that as part of the deal, there will be a spring regular season competition, which will reward one player with their own custom-built gaming PC.
