The esports organisation BIG Clan has announced that it has signed a partnership deal with the crypto platform Coinbase. Said to be a multi-million dollar deal, this will see Coinbase now regarded as BIG Clan's main partner.

It's noted in a blog post that this deal will see Coinbase acquiring the rights to an "extensive media rights package" and will see the company get the premier spot on BIG's jerseys.

"The extension of the partnership with Coinbase as the new BIG CS:GO Main Partner is a significant milestone for our organization," said BIG's CEO, Daniel Finkler. "The financial scope of the partnership demonstrates that the acquisition of the BLAST Premier and ESL Pro League Partner Slots in 2021 proved to be the best decision we could have made. Together with Coinbase, we will compete in the largest and most prestigious esports competitions globally."

It's also stated that as part of the deal, Coinbase and BIG Clan will be working together on a variety of activations, community events, tournaments, and other fan experiences.
