Ben Lyons Senior Editor 15 juni 2022

Riot Games has officially announced the dates, host city, and arena for the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Championship. Set to be held in Chicago at the United Center, we're told that the premier LCS event for the year will be taking place between September 10-11.

We're also told that this will simply be the Finals Weekend of the LCS Championship, as the four-week post-season tournament leading up to it will be held online. As for which games will take place at the United Center, we can look forward to the Lower Bracket Final on September 10 and the Grand Finals on September 11.

Those who are looking to attend the event can look to pick up tickets starting from Friday, June 24, with the presale window for the event starting the day before, on June 23. As for further details on the LCS Championship, we're told to expect that to arrive as the event nears.
