ATLC 2 Kickstarter has been cancelled

But Amaz insists the dream is not over.
Sam Bishop 12 november 2016

Earlier this month we reported that ATLC 2 may go ahead, but only if the Kickstarter received funding, with the Kickstarter itself was set up by Jason "Amaz" Chen. Now, however, a video on Amaz' YouTube has announced that the Kickstarter is now cancelled.

"It [...] seems a large estimate, that we can raise such a large amount of money, $250,000 dollars, USD, in such a short amount of time, so right now it doesn't seem like it's going to work out, so I'm going to stop the ATLC 2 campaign and the plan will be to do this more like the first ATLC we did."

For now, then, Amaz is going down a different route. "Basically I will spend my time more on trying to find more sponsors and more avenues of support," he said, and that will include promotional videos to gather attention.

Those who donated to the Kickstarter will not be charged. Did you donate? Did you have hope it would go anywhere?
