The Call of Duty League is getting ever closer to its Championship event, planned for this August, and to mark that, Activision has named the five MVP candidates for the 2021 season.

The five eligible players are:

  • Dallas Empire's Anthony "Shottzy" Cuevas-Castro
  • Atlanta Faze's Chris "Simp" Lehr
  • Toronto Ultra's Cameron "Cammy" McKilligan
  • Atlanta Faze's Tyler "Abezy" Pharris
  • McArthur "Cellium" Jovel

Surprisingly, as the Faze are currently 150 points clear in the standings at 495 CDL Points, with multiple Majors under their belt, the team has three eligible stars.

As for what the winner will win, that includes, "an MVP trophy, Custom ASTRO A40 Headset, MVP Speaker Tags, an MVP Watch and a display stand to commemorate the feat."
