Dignitas has announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with digital bank, QNTMPAY, a deal that includes the naming rights to Dignitas' League of Legends Championship Series franchise.

The team will now be known as Dignitas QTMNPAY, with the deal itself being set for multiple years, spanning four years to be precise, and marks QTMNPAY's first entry into esports.

"Dignitas and QNTMPAY share the same motivation for innovation and technology, making our partnership the perfect pairing to elevate our League of Legends teams," said Michael Prindiville, CEO of New Meta Entertainment, Inc. and Dignitas. "It's our honor to welcome QNTMPAY, a bank built for the people, into our organization which aims to be the team that fights for and represents all."

The naming rights for Dignitas' LCS Academy team is also included, and will be henceforth known as Dig QTMN Academy. As well as this, both teams will see QTMNPAY branding on their jerseys, with players being featured in several different types of activations.

The financials of the deal were not disclosed.
