If you're a Dota 2 fan you'll know that The International is the biggest competition of the year, hosting the best talent in the game as well as huge record-breaking prize pools, and now the official website for the game has revealed that this year's iteration is heading to Canada for the first time, or more specifically Vancouver.

The Rogers Arena in the city will host the event from August 20 to August 25, and tickets will go on sale on March 25 at 10:00 and 22:00 PDT (17:00 and 05:00 GMT respectively). Two ticket types will be available, including the Midweek Ticket for $125 CAD, granting access to the first four days of the event, up until August 23, and then the Finals Ticket for $250, granting access to the last two days.

More information on tickets and time zones can be found on the official announcement post. Are you happy to see Vancouver host the event?
