Last year esports organiser ESL brought the ESL Arena and the Intel Experience Zone to Birmingham's EGX event, and now they've announced they'll be doing it again next year, with the Hearthstone UK Premiership finals even taking place on the stage, seeing players fight for the £8,000 prize pool.
The Arena will have space for thousands of fans and will also feature exhibition space to show off hardware. As if that wasn't enough though, ESL and Intel are launching a competition to find young casting talent too, with the winner working with professional teams at ESL.
James Dean, Managing Director of ESL UK, said that "the ESL Arena at EGX is the largest esports activation in the UK, with over 5000m2 of competitive action, brands and booths to visit. We can't wait to get stuck into our second year at EGX, where we'll meet old friends and create new fans. We can't reveal everything right now, but I that more fantastic plans will be announced soon."
