The signing marks Furia's continued expansion into North American esports.

Furia has revealed that it has entered the competitive Smash esports scene, as it signed Griffin "Fatality" Miller. Revealed over Twitter, Fatality is widely regarded as being the best Captain Falcon player in Smash, and has over his career been rated as the 19th best Wii U Smash player of all-time, as well as the 48th best Super Smash Bros. Ultimate player in the PGRU Spring 2019 rankings.

The signing marks Furia's continued expansion into North American esports, and simultaneously its expansion into the Smash scene. The statement that accompanied the announcement on Twitter said, "He's the perfect blend of skill, structure, and style.
And he's the best Captain Falcon player in the world. Welcome to our family, @FatalityFalcon. Welcome to FURIA."

There's no mention as to when we'll first get to see Fatality competing in a Furia jersey, but with the Smash World Tour set to take place in Orlando, Florida this December, we can probably expect Fatality to be taking part.
