The 2020 European League for Rainbow Six: Siege has finally concluded. Following a series of games that took place over the weekend, pitting some of the strongest EU rosters against one another, a winner has finally been determined. G2 Esports will be the champions for this season, after a 3-2 Finals performance over BDS Esports.

G2 Blitzed through the semi-finals of the tournament, knocking Virtus.pro out in a quick 2-0 fashion on Friday. The organisation then awaited the result of the second semi-final on Saturday to see who they would face, with that being BDS Esports, following their 2-1 win over Natus Vincere.

The actual Finals match between G2 and BDS went the distance, going all the way to a fifth map. G2 managed to clutch up here, however, defeating BDS and securing first and a respectable $50,000 cash prize.

Since this does mark the final game in the European 2020 Rainbow Six: Siege calendar, the next major tournament will be the global Six Invitational, set to begin on February 1.
