The upcoming city-based league now has a lot of members, and OpTic Gaming will represent IGC in the competition.

There have been rumours floating around about a franchised Call of Duty league for a while now - similar in format to what we've seen with the Overwatch League - and now Immortals Gaming Club has revealed that they've secured the team spot for Los Angeles in the upcoming city-based competition, represented by the recently-acquired OpTic Gaming.

"Clearly OpTic is a premier Call of Duty brand," said Peter Levin, Managing Director of Griffin Gaming Partners and Chairman of the IGC Board of Directors. "We are excited to work with our partners at Activision Blizzard to ensure that OpTic continues to play that leading role in Call of Duty's future."

Minnesota has also revealed that it's joining the league, alongside Atlanta, New York, Dallas, Paris, and Toronto. This LA side from IGC also joins their LA Valiant team in the Overwatch League.
