Immortals reportedly investing in Infinite Esports & Entertainment

This would mean they could get OpTic Gaming's spot in the League of Legends Championship series, after an absence from Riot's game.
Sam Bishop 3 mei 2019

Yesterday we reported on Immortals acquiring Gaming Club and completing a new round of funding, and now a new ESPN report claims that they're aiming to acquire part of Infinite Esports & Entertainment, according to apparent sources.

This would include OpTic Gaming's spot in the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS), and follows Infinite going up for majority sale in January. Infinite does operate the Houston Outlaws in the Overwatch League too, but since Immortals already runs the LA Valiant, they wouldn't be allowed to take this team over.

Would you like to see Immortals come back to the LCS?
