The Intel Extreme Masters Katowice event is something we've come to expect every year, and now the 2020 edition has been revealed, which is a Masters Championship in the new ESL Pro Tour circuit from DreamHack and ESL.

The event will run between February 28 and March 1 next year, with the Spodek Arena continuing to host the action, seeing 16 teams fight for a prize pool of $500,000 USD. It's part of the Intel Grand Slam too, an initiative that rewards a bonus prize for winning a requisite number of events.

Of course the IEM Expo will be there as well, featuring plenty of activities like meeting top players. It's not just limited to CS:GO either, as other competitive titles will be revealed soon too.
