Dota 2 fans might be missing competitive action after The International last month, but now we know that the Kuala Lumpur Major is heading our way in November, kicking off the 2018-19 season with a prize pool of $1 million USD.
First place will get $350,000 of this pot, and while we don't know any of the 16 attending teams or the analysts, we do know the dates and times for open qualifiers, which can be found on the competition's website. We also know that it'll be held at the Axiata Arena, with Major Qualifiers running from September 16 to 21, and the group stage kicking off on November 9. The main event will then take place from November 16 to 18 and be open to the public.
