LA Thieves adds Octane as it rebuilds its roster

The Call of Duty professional previously played for 100 Thieves before the Call of Duty League began.

Rosterpocalypse is in full swing in the Call of Duty League right now, with a whole bunch of teams blowing up their rosters to create new ones ahead of the next season. One that saw quite significant changes was the LA Thieves who released their former team after a seventh place result at the end of the season, but they have since been rebuilding.

We'd already seen announcements that Zack "Drazah" Jordan and Kenneth "Kenny" Williams would be playing for the Thieves in the 2022 CDL season, but now the team has revealed its third active member, Sam "Octane" Larew.

Octane has spent the last 22 months with the Seattle Surge, but beforehand was part of 100 Thieves (the parent organisation of the LA Thieves) before the CDL began, so this marks a bit of a homecoming for him.

As for who will be LA's fourth, that still remains a mystery right now.
