Nadeshot explains communication faults with 100 Thieves

He says he should've been more transparent about the LoL team.
Sam Bishop 22 oktober 2018

Matthew 'Nadeshot' Haag is the owner of 100 Thieves, and while they've done pretty well this season, qualifying for Worlds and performing impressively in the North American League of Legends Championship Series, Nadeshot has spoken in a new video about what he could do to improve communication, saying:

"Everything originates from communication. From the top down, down up, it's all about communication, especially with the League of Legends community. That's something I didn't understand coming into this year."

He adds that things are different in the Call of Duty scene (where he came from), as transfers happen more often there without as much fanfare, and he should've been more transparent, especially with the trade of William 'Meteos' Hartman off the team.

While they have had a fair amount of success, the team has been heavily criticised online and especially on Reddit after their performance at Worlds, which includes the benching of their player Cody Sun at the tournament.

Do you agree that communication has been the issue?
