The Ukrainian esports organisation Natus Vincere has made the decision to bench one of its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players. Kirill "BoombI4" Mikhailov has been removed from the active roster, and as for the reason why, NAVI has simply said that "high reputational risks for the club" is the sole reason, and that it is nothing to do with Boombl4's performance in-game.

This decision comes as Boombl4 is a Russian citizen and therefore pays taxes to the Russian Federation, something the Ukrainian NAVI has stated it will not support amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

As for what this means for the team's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster heading into the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals, all that has been said is that the roster will be announced at a later date.
