North speaks out about abusive messages to teams

They shared some examples on Facebook and called for a community response to help stomp this out of esports.

As sad as it is, it's a fact that those in competitive sports can face death threats and vile messages online, and that's no different with esports either. Now Danish organisation North has taken to Facebook to speak out about the topic, condemning it and offering some examples of the types of messages they get.

Alongside this message, they say that the community needs to get together to stomp this out, and that it's unacceptable regardless of who it's directed towards. The response in the comments has been mostly positive as well, although some think this is something players and teams simply need to get used to.
