NRG reportedly targeting CS:GO pros for its Valorant roster

More big CS:GO names seem to be making the switch to Valorant.
Ben Lyons Senior Editor 1 oktober 2020

The esports organisation NRG is said to be eyeing CS:GO pros, Damien "daps" Steele and Sam "s0m" Oh for there Valorant roster, alongside CS:GO coach Chet "Chet" Singh, according to a report by Rush B Media.

Whilst s0m is still under contract with Gen.G, daps and Chet are both currently free agents. With this being said, daps and Chet have both previously been under contract with NRG before, with daps winning the organisation several CS:GO tournaments during his time. Seeing several more CS:GO players jump to Valorant is also not a huge surprise, especially after the recent news of nitr0 and Steele leaving to join 100 Thieves.

If NRG do manage to acquire the three of these players, it will leave Gen.G with a hole in their roster, begging the question of who will fill in the role.
