Stella Artois partners with chess professional Hikaru Nakamura in attempt to break most bullet chess speedruns world record

Chess grandmaster and member of the esports organisation TSM, Hikaru Nakamura has partnered with lager brand Stella Artois in the hopes of breaking the bullet chess speedrun world record.

The pair are collaborating to ensure that Nakamura has enough opponents to be able to break the world record. If you fancy your chances against the grandmaster, you can sign up for a chance to play Nakamura right here. Viewers of the event will be eligible for a chance to win various Stella Artois products, as The Esports Observer reports.

The event is also set to be broadcast on Nakamura's Twitch channel on June 1, starting at 10pm BST / 11pm CEST, and the event will last for one hour, with each challenger getting one minute to defeat Nakamura.
