Summoners War champs had 10 times more viewers than 2018

Com2uS' event in Paris was a success, with millions of viewers tuning in to see the tournament.

Com2uS hosted the 2019 Summoners War World Arena Championships last month in Paris, and they've revealed that the event reached a record 1.25 million viewers, which represents roughly 10 times more viewers than last year.

1,500 people attended in person to watch the event, with China's L'est winning over Thompsin, and the full stream of the entire competition accumulated around two million views on the game's YouTube channel. On top of that, the French video alone got one million views.

This is the third SWC World Finals, having been to Los Angeles and Seoul before this, so things are looking good for Com2uS. In fact, we recently spoke to the company about all things to do with Summoners War esports, and you can check out that interview here.
