T1 has now formed its own League of Legends: Wild Rift team

Riot is still yet to detail its plans for Wild Rift esports in South Korea.
Kieran Harris 6 juli 2021

Thanks, Dot Esports.

T1 has now followed in the footsteps of fellow South Korean team KT Rolster as it has formed its own esports team for League of Legends: Wild Rift. The team is headed by coach Jun and it consists of JJong (top), JY (jungle), Core (mid), Haru (ad carry), and PenGuin (support).

This announcement strangely comes before Riot has announced its esports plans for Wild Rift within the region. With major teams in the region now assembling squads and preparing themselves, we'd wager that some form of reveal could soon be on the way. We'd expect to also see more teams in the region follow suit and start to announce rosters of their own.
