Forbes has unveiled its 30 under 30 list for games, celebrating the bright young figures in the gaming world as judged by Brandon Beck, Jade Raymond, and Bonnie Ross, founders of Riot Games, Motive Studios, and 343 Industries respectively.

Among those in the list were prominent figures in esports, such as Zaqueri "Aphromoo" Black, the captain for Counter Logic Gaming's League team, esports commentator Auguste Massonnat, and Noah Whinston, CEO of Immortals.

The featured honouree, however, was Andy "Reginald" Dinh, 24 year old CEO of TSM. "Originally I just played League of Legends casually when I was 17," Reginald explained, "and mainly I just played for fun and because I was really good at the game at that time [...] I was ranked one on the ladders. A lot of people asked me to create content and guides."

"You look at anything in life: the more time you put into something, the better you are, no matter how talented you are or not," he continued. "So passion is 100 percent necessarily in order to be at the top."

Who do you think we will see from the esports world on this list next year?
